Amir Salehi, Esq.
Mr. Salehi completed his J.D. at Pepperdine University and, shortly after graduating, passed the California Bar exam. He began practicing business and entertainment litigation with the Los Angeles firm of Fredricks & Von der Horst where he won several large and complex cases.
Mr. Salehi founded his own practice, Salehi & Associates in 2003, focusing on high-end plaintiff-oriented litigation, class actions, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, toxic tort, and as well as complex entertainment and business law cases. Since the firm began, Mr. Salehi has obtained millions of dollars for his clients.
Gregg A. Farley, Esq. - Of Counsel
Our team of class action experts includes Gregg A. Farley, who has more than 20 years experience handling all types of class actions, including wage and hour class actions, consumer class actions, securities class actions and personal injury class actions. Mr. Farley is a former chair of the Class Action & Derivative Suits Committee of American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation. He has also been recognized as a “Southern California Super Lawyer” three years running (2007 to 2009). Mr. Farley is also a former partner at the international law firms of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP (1991 to 2003) and Sidley Austin LLP (2003 to 2007).
Mr. Farley is a 1984 graduate of the UCLA School of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif. Mr. Farley is also a former member of the Board of Editors of the UCLA Law Review. He is active in numerous professional and community organizations locally and nationally.
Over the last 20 years, Mr. Farley has been involved in dozens of class actions in courts in California and many other jurisdictions. He publishes and lectures frequently in the field of class action law. The following is a brief sampling of his work in this area:
